We start with weaned calves weighing 600 to 700 pounds. They are placed on a carefully managed diet of grass and hay to promote steady growth.


Once the calves reach around 900 pounds, we transition them to a corn-based diet, sourced exclusively from a trusted local farm in Higginsville, MO. This ensures high-quality, non-commercial feed that’s both sustainable and nutritious.


From 900 to 1,800 pounds, the calves are fed a corn diet with free-choice hay. While hay is available, the irresistible taste of corn ensures a rich, well-marbled finish for premium-quality beef. To enhance flavor and tenderness, our beef is hung for 14 to 21 days, allowing the marbling and flavor to reach perfection.
